After a nice hike on the Domberg we visited the Krinitzenstube. We were served very friendly. The roulade was delicious. We will definitely be happy to come back 😊

For our first visit to the Krinitzenstube, we experienced a bankruptcy for the first time. At Christmas it is doubly sad, we had ordered crunchy duck leg and baked leg of goose, both of which we had looked forward to on crispy poultry. We were served sloppy clubs, crispy absolutely no trace, the clubs had been heated in broth and then came on the plate, the wait has not suggest such a preparation. Sad but true . On holidays, I can only advise against this locality, even the dumplings were not original Thuringian, I'm a trained chef and believe me to allow a judgment.

We came for the rustic evening with family from up north and were hugely disappointed. The "buffet" consisted of Thuringian dumplings and different sorts of meat, the vegetables seemed to have been laying in water for hours and the entire food tasted pale. The evening was overpriced for what we got and waitress was rude and not very accommodating. The toilet just seemed out of a different world, almost as if you had stumbled into somebody’s private accommodation... This was our first and last visit!

Perfect for everyone from 0 to old age. Inside and outside, lovingly designed down to the last detail, the food is really recommendable and very good home-style cooking at a reasonable price and the service is absolutely top-notch. Parking right at the house, also accessible by wheelchair. Anyone who can still find something to complain about here should better stay at home.

Nice beer garden, playground for small children up to 8 years old, good home-style cooking and a beautiful location in the countryside.
